SOS Charcoal Gril is heaven for seafood lovers.

They offer a large range of the freshest seafood, plus lots of cured seafood from around the world that you can either enjoy at the restaurant or buy to take home.

We visited SOS Charcoal with the Zomato crew and the brief was not only to try the food, but also take part in the prepping and cooking process (sucking oysters is a lot of work!).

It was great to have a chance to talk to the chef and owners and to learn about the concept behind the restaurant. SOS Charcoal Grill is all about healthy food, from the choice of ingredients to the cooking process. Their super powerful charcoal oven cooks fish to perfection in a matter of minutes using no oil.

The fish is sealed quickly, resulting in very juicy and tender meat.

Everything is fresh and with very little frills to really highlight the cooking process and the quality of their produce. 

I loved SOS Charcoal Seafood's variation of the san choi bao. Beautiful sharp flavours and very light.
