I love catching up with clients over a good cup of coffee at Self Preservation http://www.selfpreservation.com.au/.
It's strategically located on Bourke St, near Spring St. The place is a jewelry shop / coffee shop and they are one of the few places in Melbourne that have this super modern coffee machine that evenly applies pressure on the entire coffee pod, thus maintaining its colour and aroma.
My tip is to go for a short black - no milk, so that you can really taste how good the coffee is!
